When can I expect my order to arrive?
Typically packages are delivered between 5-7 business days after being shipped, but it can take up to 14 days. Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent containing a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package. If your order does not arrive within 14 days of voucher redemption, simply email us and one of our representatives will look into the matter.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Please email us with your order number and voucher code to receive a full refund for the product price. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, if you receive a product that is defective or not what was originally ordered, simply email us and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you in the exchange process.
I keep getting an error message saying "This accessory may not be supported". How do I fix this?
All our products are iOS 7.0.1 compatible, however, they must be used with a genuine 5W charger. The IC chip inside each cable will not allow charging if it sense a weak power source. To prevent this issue be sure to use a genuine 5W charger. Please note, future updates to iOS 7 such as 7.0.3 or 7.0.4 may actively block 3rd party cables from charging or syncing. Unfortunately we do not have a fix for this.
Why am I being charged an additional fee?
There is a nominal shipping charge of $3.95 which can be paid with a credit card via PayPal. Note, a PayPal account is not required to make a payment. An email confirmation will be sent once payment is complete.
Can I combine 2 or more vouchers to save on shipping?
Unfortunately the nominal shipping charge is per voucher. It doesn't matter if vouchers are are redeemed together or separately. If you would like to receive your order together click “Redeem Multiple Voucher Codes”.
